Children folk dance event

Aprók Tánca

Aprók Tánca is a Hungarian folk dance event for children with live folk music in London.

The aim of the dance teachers is to introduce the children to Hungarian folk traditions and dances.
The nurturing of tradition plays an important role.
At the event, folk games and rhymes are made and spiced with live music.
Children have a chance to get to know folk instruments more closely.
Group games and handicrafts will enrich the event.

The Aprók Tánca event is organised for children aged 4-10 and to their parents.

Zoltán Kodály: “Culture cannot be inherited.

The culture of its predecessors will evaporate for one and a half if every generation does not get it over and over again. “
